Who We Are
Based out of Pismo Beach, CA, Summer & the Renegades is a high-energy live band known for dynamic performances and a genre-spanning repertoire. Formerly known as Vintage Renegades, the band was built on a foundation of timeless classics and unforgettable live shows — roots that continue to shape who we are today.
As our sound and reach expanded, so did our music, allowing us to blend the classic songs audiences have always loved with newer rock and pop favorites. With that growth came a name that better reflects the energy, versatility, and connection that define our performances. Led by powerhouse vocals and backed by a tight, seasoned group of musicians, Summer & the Renegades delivers crowd-pleasing sets that resonate across generations.
Now recognized as one of the top live bands on the Central Coast, we provide professional, high-quality music for events of all sizes — from wineries and festivals to weddings, private parties, and corporate events. Our goal is simple: keep the dance floor full, the energy high, and leave guests talking long after the final song.
Summer & the Renegades is available as a full 6-piece electrified dance band, or in acoustic duo or trio formats to fit your event’s vibe.
